| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to classify junior college female students into two groups, those with high aspirations for childcare and those with low aspirations, and how there are differences in the questions regarding self-affirmation during and after the training. It is to carry out quantitative examination and qualitative analysis of whether or not it is possible. Furthermore, using the Choice Theory, we will consider the development of self-affirmation from the perspective of the trainee's basic needs and the high-quality world. As a result, it was clarified that there was a significant difference between the high group and the low group who wanted to be nursery teachers, and that there was also a difference in the words used in the free description. Considering these results from the perspective of Choice Theory, students have a strong desire to become a caregiver by engaging with children and caregivers in practical training and fostering a sense of self-affirmation by satisfying their own basic needs.
